In fact, after twenty trillions of tax-payer dollars, the poverty rate has not budged in fifty years. Could it be that throwing money at problems is not the solution?
Marriage is not just two single people living together to share expenses! The statistical facts of the matter firmly show that intact, “traditional” families produce children with a much better chance of doing well in school and beyond.
