3) In Gen. 19:37-38 we are told Lot’s oldest daughter gave birth to a son named Moab.
4) The younger daughter gave birth to a child who resulted in the Ammonites.
5) One of the places where we read about the Ammonites is in the book of Judges.
a) In Judg. 11:1 we are introduced to a man by the name of Jephthah.
b) God’s people were punished and punished very severely as we see from Judg. 10:8-9 – READ
6) The deliver who freed Israel from the Ammonites was a man named Jephthah, Judg. 11:1 – READ
7) This great warrior was not treated very well by his half-brothers.

9) Jephthah reminded people of how he had been mistreated – READ verse 7
10) If we are an adult, the land of Ammon and the Ammonites should be a story we don’t forget.

26) If we will commit ourselves to doing the will of God, we may be amazed at what God can do through us.
27) Try to be good to those who mistreat us and perhaps later want our help.
28) Make the most of every opportunity.
29) Never, ever turn from God.
30) Will we try to live by these three things throughout all our lives?
